Terms of use
Last updated October 27, 2026
By using HeyInvoices you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, and you should use the site for running a business or freelance work.
Who we are
HeyInvoices is run by Ali R., an individual based in Pakistan.
What the site is
HeyInvoices is a free tool that helps you create invoices as PDF files, together with general guides about invoicing. It is provided as it is, for your own use in running your business. We may change, limit or stop any part of the site at any time.
Not advice
The tool and the guides are general information. They are not tax, accounting or legal advice. The rules for invoices, sales tax and record-keeping differ by country and by business, and the tool does not know which rules apply to you. You are responsible for checking that your invoices meet the requirements that apply to you, for example by asking your tax authority or an accountant.
Your invoices and your data
You own the invoices you create. You are responsible for the information you put in them and for checking the totals before you send an invoice. The invoice is created in your browser; see theprivacy policy.
What you agree not to do
- use the tool to create documents that are false or misleading, or to commit fraud or tax evasion
- use the tool to create a document that pretends to come from someone else
- try to disrupt or overload the site, or to access it in ways we have not provided
- use automated tools to copy the site in bulk
- copy the site's guides and publish them as your own
Our content
The text, design and code of this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use the tool freely and may link to our pages. You may not republish our guides or other content as your own without our permission. The invoices you create belong to you.
Links to other websites
Our guides link to official sources such as tax authorities. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.
Email and what you send us
Email is not a secure way to send sensitive information. Please do not send us private invoice data, bank details, passwords or identity documents. If you send such information anyway, you do so at your own risk, to the extent the law allows, and we may delete it without replying. Your rights under data protection law are not affected.
No guarantees
We work hard to make the calculations and guides accurate, but we do not promise that the site will be available at all times or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from using the site, including from a mistake in an invoice, a delay in payment or a tax problem. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
If part of these terms does not apply
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes may be brought in the courts of Pakistan. This does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update the site and these terms. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
